DENISE M. MARTINEZ,

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a graduate from UCLA my professional experience has been rich and varied.

I have worked in community health at the Drew Child Development Center, Family Service of Santa Monica and Saint John's Child and Family Development Center. In addition, I was a psychotherapist at Family Service of Santa Monica and the Deaf and the Hard of Hearing Program at Saint John's Child and Family Development Center.

My other experiences include academic counseling at Santa Monica College and Santa Monica Malibu Unified  School District.

My clients have been individuals, couples, adolescents and families. This wide range of experience with persons of varied and diverse backgrounds has served to enrich my clinical work. I find it very rewarding to be involved in my clients' healing and to be a participant in improving their lives and relationships.

I am pleased to continue this work with the Center for the Promotion of Intimacy.
